Penn State has received an oral commitment from its second Georgia player in two years. Kasey Gaines, a defensive back from Grayson High, also had offers from Harvard, Howard and VMI.
Gaines told the Atlanta Journal Constitution (read it here) that head coach Bill O said he the type of player Penn State needs.
“He said, need football players, not superstars,
